Terms of service
1. The service
Yaprak builds, edits and hosts websites from the messages you send to its Telegram or WhatsApp bot. Every change is shown to you as a draft and applied only after your approval.
2. Your account
Your chat is your account: one account per chat, no password. Keep control of your messaging account; anything sent from it counts as sent by you.
3. Content and acceptable use
You must hold the rights to the text, images and documents you send, and you may not use the service for unlawful, misleading or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Plans, credits and payments
Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record. Prices are set in US dollars and shown in your local currency at checkout. 1 credit equals 1 cent of AI model cost; used credits are not refundable, credit packs never expire, subscriptions renew until cancelled from the customer portal. Pro plans keep working beyond their monthly credits and the extra usage is billed at the published rate.
5. Publishing
Drafts live on a private link; a published site is served at <name>.taslak.dev. You can unpublish or delete your site at any time.
6. AI output
Texts and designs are generated by language models and may contain mistakes. You review and approve every change before it is applied; you are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish.
7. Termination and liability
You may stop using the service and delete your site at any time. The service is provided as is; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for content you publish.
8. Governing law and contact
